PF-Grade
White semi-gloss plastics transfer product
The PF grade has been developed to give opaque prints on to tough plastics such as polypropylene, polystyrene and ABS.
Key Features
The PF grade has excellent opacity when stamped onto dark substrates and gives easy to read, quality prints. It has excellent adhesion on a wide range of rigid plastics.
Key specifications for hot stamping
Designed for use on a wide range of hot stamping machines, the exact temperature requirement is subject to the model of press and the specific nature of application:
Typical die face temperature: 120°C – 160°C
The optimum stamping temperature is dependent upon machine type and other application parameters, and the customer should determine to their own satisfaction the suitability of the foil application and press setup.

Storage
Foils should not be stored or transported in direct sunlight, and should avoid extremes of heat and humidity, as well as condensation and undue pressure on the roll. Under ideal storage conditions of 5-25°C and 30-60% relative humidity, a storage life of 12 months should be possible.
